Summary
Thin reminder workflow paired with the TimescaleDB renotify job (pigri/arxignis#747). Event-triggered on the
renotifyKafka topic (produced byworkflow_prod'srenotify_sweepjob, which owns the cadence + per-run throttle) → oneresend.emailto${variables.alert_email}.Install per-tenant; requires
alert_email. Already installed for 51 tenants in prod.
