Summary
quinn-protofrom 0.11.16 to 0.11.19, fixing five denial-of-service advisories (RUSTSEC-2026-0338 through RUSTSEC-2026-0342) in the QUIC networking stack.chacha20from 0.10.1 to 0.10.2, replacing a yanked release.The change is limited to
rust/Cargo.lock. The advisories were published to the RustSec database after the last passing CI run onmain, so the dependency audit now fails on every branch until the lockfile is updated. Once this merges, open PRs (for example #314) need to pick upmainto pass the audit. The remaining audit warnings are two unmaintained transitive crates (
atomic-polyfill,unsafe-libyaml). They are not vulnerabilities and do not fail the check.Test plan
