Enhance Footer with "Edit this Page" and "Last Updated" Components

Description:
We should enhance our footer to include:

1. An "Edit this page" link that takes users directly to the GitHub edit interface for the current page
2. A "Last updated" timestamp showing when the document was last modified

I have register for GoFr summer of code .
I’d like to work on this enhancement.

Hi @coolwednesday,

The "Edit this page" link is a widely adopted convention in documentation websites. It makes it incredibly easy for community members to quickly propose fixes for typos, errors, or even suggest improvements —all directly via GitHub.

Nearly all major open-source projects follow this pattern, including Gin, Vue.js, MDN, FeathersJS, Express, and React Native, among many others.

So I believe it would be great if gofr adopted this as well.
