Fixes #1255
The \README.md\ lists the precedence order for discovering configuration files (including .style.yapf), but did not specify the required syntax or file format.
This PR adds a concise documentation note and minimal configuration example in \README.md\ clarifying that .style.yapf\ uses standard INI configuration syntax with a required [style]\ section header.
