Uses zlib and libpng
Debian:
sudo apt install libpng-dev && sudo apt install zlib1g-dev
Uses MNIST dataset, download and put in ./NeuralNet/Quantifier and run ./quantify to load .dat files for the network to use. MNIST data: http://yann.lecun.com/exdb/mnist/
