Distributed CellState implementation

Hi, I want to use CellState to record some state variable like plastic strain at the quadrature points. Nonetheless, it cannot work because that the CellState should be local. How to deal with the state variables and how to fix the problem? I am wondering if an example or tutorial can be added.

Putting your local CellStates within a DistributedCellField should just work. Dispatching should take care of the rest.
