with an "exports": entry, the main level "types" field is ignored, so you need to be explicit. (exports is the modern approach, this just completes the move. leaving the main level fields for legacy is fine)
it's already adverstised as exported in .d.ts
They're already exported in the .mjs, this is just having the type descriptions catch up
