typescript-eslint crashes on TS 7 (typescript-eslint#10940).
Server v14 types PRF eval buffers structurally, @simplewebauthn/browser expects DOM BufferSource; the wire format is JSON either way.

Bundles the renovate bumps that failed CI with the code changes they need. Once merged, #90, #109, #122 and #125 become no-ops and Renovate closes them; #63 rebases.
