Summary

• add a bilingual Instagram DM fundamentals guide covering connection, customer profiles, Inbox handling, the messaging window, supported interactions, playbooks, routes, handoff, pricing, reconnection, and troubleshooting
• add the guide to Channels & Messaging navigation and cross-link it from setup, messaging, Inbox, and Messages API documentation
• clarify that Instagram is customer-initiated and is not currently a campaign delivery option

Validation

• yarn build
• verified every internal link in both generated guide pages
• verified the English and Spanish guide and category routes return HTTP 200 locally
