Propose translation to romanian for the diffusers hugging face course #14939

Hello! I am a fellow high-schooler aspiring to become an AI researcher, I have expored multiple subfields of this domain, experience demonstrated through my GitHub personal projects.

I think that a translation of the diffusers course will be relevant for my community, since the AI ecosystem is growing rapidly in my natal town, Cluj-Napoca, but also in the whole country of Romania as a whole!

It will genuinely be helpful and I think I will do a great job!
