FLUX.3 takes full scene captions; the quality reports we get come from prompts sent as typed. The page now says to run the upsampler on every request, or any LLM with the system prompts from flux-3-image-klein-pup, and that the pipeline does not run one on its own. Matches the model cards (flux-3-image-klein#18, flux-3-image-klein-base#14). Docs only; the block in #15058 can land on top.
