Overview
Release 0.85.0 bumps the package and OpenAPI snapshot; functional SDK changes come from the updated API types.

Custom proxies now support an optional PEM ca_bundle on create (for MITM/BYO proxies) and expose has_ca_bundle on custom proxy config in list/retrieve/check responses—without returning the cert material.

Projects JSDoc now documents that when projects are disabled for an org, project APIs return 404 with error code projects_disabled (stabilized lifecycle errors per changelog).
