config: build the pull labs baseline kernel without kselftest-merge - #1612

The arm64 baseline boot jobs take their kernel from kbuild-gcc-15-arm64, which carries the kselftest fragment. Since the make backend started running 'make kselftest-merge' for it, that kernel has lockdep, PROVE_LOCKING, DEBUG_PAGEALLOC, INIT_ON_ALLOC/FREE and UBSAN enabled. Those cost on every lock and every allocation, which emulation multiplies, and on fvp-aemva the job no longer reaches a login prompt: "login-action timed out after 566 seconds". Add kbuild-gcc-15-arm64-baseline, the same build with only the lab-setup fragment, and point baseline-arm64-pull-labs-demo and baseline-arm64-sasha-lab at it. The kselftest and LTP jobs that build from kbuild-gcc-15-arm64 are left alone. The kbuild-gcc-15-arm64 node event anchor moves into _anchors, because the entry that defined it inline is one of the two being repointed. Signed-off-by: Ben Copeland <ben.copeland@linaro.org>
