Adds a funding.json manifest (schema v1.1.0) at the repository root. It describes who maintains Echo and the ways to support it (GitHub Sponsors or invoiced bank transfer), and lets funding programs such as FLOSS/fund read that information in a standard format.
Validated against https://fundingjson.org/schema/v1.1.0.json with no errors.
