Overview
Updates the evals npm overrides entry for adm-zip from ^0.6.0 to ^0.6.1 and refreshes package-lock.json so installs resolve the patched release (zip extraction and decompression hardening from the 0.6.1 changelog).

The lockfile diff is mostly collateral from reinstall: adm-zip resolves to 0.6.1, and many transitive packages lose dev: true / optional markers or pick up new hoisted deps (e.g. CLI/glob/rimraf-related packages under promptfoo). There is no application source change—only eval tooling dependencies.
