Adds a LibreNMS port-status datasource for PHP Weathermap. This datasource allows Weathermap nodes to read port status directly from the LibreNMS database at render time, using either a LibreNMS `port_id` or a device/interface reference.
Added example configuration for LibreNMS port status datasource with various node templates and scaling options.
Updated the method of reading LibreNMS DB settings to support environment variables and legacy config.
Example PHP Weathermap port-status view showing multiple switch front panels with per-port overlay icons. Each port icon is coloured dynamically from LibreNMS port state data, allowing quick visual identification of operational ports, administratively down ports, down ports, unknown ports, and ports with recent errors. Hovering over a port can display the related LibreNMS traffic graph.

Adds a LibreNMS port-status datasource for PHP Weathermap.
The datasource allows map nodes to read port status directly from the LibreNMS database at render time using either a port ID or a device/interface reference. It supports physical ports, comma-separated subinterfaces, worst-status calculation, recent error detection, and helper tokens for LibreNMS graph popups.
Colours, icons, and visual styling remain controlled by the Weathermap config.
