"host" reports motherboard, "motherboard" reports incorrect model and primary/display gpu not listed first

"host" gives my motherboard model (not sure if this is intended behavior)
"motherboard" has an additional "-CF" on the end of motherboard model (this is incorrect)
"gpu" shows my secondary gpu (1060) first rather than the current display gpu (3060)
