This adds Article Studio to the tool directory. It's a free, browser-based editor that converts Markdown into X (Twitter) Articles, with an optional free Chrome companion that creates the X draft.
The syntax table was checked by running each element through the app's converter. X Articles supports fewer formatting options than Markdown, so several items are marked partial or unsupported, with notes. I followed the existing tool format and added a 200×200 icon and a 1200×750 screenshot.
I'm happy to adjust anything.
