feat(#2216): add CHT Agent documentation page

Description

Adds a CHT Agent page to the AI section, with a card on the section index. The page covers what the tool does, the supervised workflow with a mermaid diagram, prerequisites, a quickstart, the memory corpus, and how to contribute.

All commands and configuration are verified against main of medic/cht-agent. The page marks the tool as a proof of concept, and links medic/cht-agent#135 where the memory corpus wiring is tracked rather than claiming it works today.

Once we add another agent, we may want to add a category "Agents" next to "MCP Servers" and have CHT-Agent listed there. We can move that around whenever the next PR comes for another agent.

Yes, already looking into it, looks like asdf(the publisher package) changed versions and broke something. PR fix with SHA/version pinned coming soon.
