Camera selection for Live not working

When imaging live, the camera selection in the MM main window does not have any effect on the displayed live image any longer. Changing the camera settings (e.g. binning) still works for the selected camera, though.

While switching between Live buttons in main mm window and LSM plugin, the camera selection in main mm window becomes unresponsive.

There is still a core camera switching issue in 0.8.15
