fix NPEs, adapter strings and calibration panel bugs

• bump version to 0.8.17
• fix the duplicate LaserOutputMode text that made the enum fail on first use
• name the piezo home position parameter for its unit (mm) and fix the mm-to-um comment
• match six PLogic, piezo and single-axis property strings to the ASITiger adapter
• fix an NPE in DeviceManager.hasDevice for unassigned devices (XYZ Grid button)
• fix an NPE in the acquisition hook that dropped every image of single-slice, single-camera runs
• start the calibration fields at the stored values, refresh the offset field on Update Offset, show 3 decimals
• use the current slope when Update Offset computes the new offset
• refuse an empty channel list before any hardware changes (demo and NIDAQ runs no longer save nothing)
• report a half-set or mixed trigger setup once at startup instead of crashing the plugin
