This PR performs the weekly sync of Microsoft Graph permissions metadata, updating both the permissions catalog and its provisioning/visibility information.
Changes:
- Unhides the new Teamwork custom emoji permissions in
provisioningInfo.json. - Adds new API paths under existing permissions (notably Access Reviews unified endpoints, eDiscovery legal hold policy actions, and cross-tenant access policy m365 capabilities).
- Introduces new Teams “custom emoji” delegated and application permissions with their path mappings.
