Timeregistrering: Pausetidspunkt stop og start skal vises i backend.

Current behaviour

• The planning board cell shows only the pause total (time-plannings-table.component.html → formatDuration(row.planningPrDayModels[col.field]?.pauseMinutes / 60)).
• workday-entity-dialog shows only a pause duration per shift (formControlName="pause").
• The DTO already carries the stamps (planning-pr-day.model.ts: pause1StartedAt/pause1StoppedAt, pause10..29, pause100..202, …), and they are populated for most app-registered days.

Fix sketch

In workday-entity-dialog, a read-only list of pause segments per shift ("Pause 10:02–10:17"), built from the PauseNNStartedAt/StoppedAt slots using the C# merge rule BuildMergedPauseSegments (or a TypeScript mirror with a shared test vector); optional tooltip on the board cell's pause icon; respect useOneMinuteIntervals formatting.

Tests

Angular unit test for the segment builder (unordered slots, open pause without stop, pause across midnight); Playwright: day dialog for a seeded registration with two pauses shows both ranges.
