As discussed in September 2026 BoD Meeting, it might be nice to have a section of the website where we can publish stories and trip reports. This idea was started when a member reached out asking if we were interested in publishing a story she had written about the impact MITOC had on her.

I volunteered to vibe-code something adequate, and populated it with some old club newspapers I had previously scanned.

Looking for feedback on this format from BoD/webmasters/anyone & everyone. Will respond to BoD discussion where this was brought up as well.

Leaving as draft until first article/story is provided (to replace lorem ipsum text) and I make sure I'm not breaking anything.

Host scanned GNARMFSK newsletters, flyers, and Winter School handouts in
docs/gnarmfsk/, listed in _data/gnarmfsk.yml. The page shows each
document inline with keyword filters, a year range slider, and sorting.

Photos are listed on the GNARMFSK page and open in a full-screen viewer
with previous/next navigation.

Stories under _pages/about/gnarmfsk/stories/ appear in the GNARMFSK list
with an excerpt and open as a full-page reading view.

Rename the page to /about/gnarmpfsk and the related data, docs, and
image paths to match.
