Implement OrderCacheProcessor in IntelliTrader.Trading/Processors to optimize historical trade order loading using a thread-safe sliding cache with configurable expiration times (TTL). Include comprehensive unit tests verifying sliding cache hits, expiration refetching, try-get methods, and manual invalidation. Update task manifest status for trading-order-history-cache.
