This change implements:

  1. laser_mode_changed = Signal(bool) on InputManager to dynamically synchronize the checkmark status of the 'Лазерная указка' menu item in TrayMenu.
  2. Procedural SVG animation handling in AnimationManager.update_frame() for the playing (swaying & bouncing) and shaking (intense random vibration & scaling) pet states.
  3. Unit tests in tests/test_utils.py verifying signal emission, menu checkmark synchronization, and SVG frame rendering for playing and shaking states.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 2604008742713326464 started by @mx57

Added laser_mode_changed signal in InputManager to keep TrayMenu laser action checkbox in sync. Implemented procedural SVG transformations for playing and shaking states in AnimationManager.update_frame. Added unit tests to cover laser mode signal sync and SVG animation states.
