Bumps package.json; cli/VERSION is regenerated from it by go generate and embedded in the launcher, so the release workflow's tag check passes.

Ships what #146 merged: the consolidated AI provider selection (which lets a signed-in workspace pick moments with a model), optional remote sync for clips, assets and knowledge, and the whisper.cpp DTW preset fix.
