Introduce a feature-gated iothread-tui binary that polls GetSnapshot and presents a live backend-independent fleet table. Keep terminal dependencies optional while making the operator build available through the workspace Makefile. Signed-off-by: Thanos Makatos <thanos.makatos@nutanix.com>
