Add a second in-tree consumer of the io-thread-controller library surface. `examples/fake_qemu_backend.rs` is a small binary that adds the crate as a normal cargo dependency, defines a `BackendPlugin` implementing a QEMU-shaped API, and hands the plugin to `ControllerBuilder::add_backend`. The example demonstrates how an out-of-tree consumer can wire its own discovery and per-VM operations into the controller without patching the shipped daemon.
