retrieving the extended 67 tidal constituent list and adding to test

I added an extended 67 length tidal constituent list provided by Pengcheng Wang (set to a Rayleigh criterion of 0.8).
This was added to pytides on my fork

We get this comparison:

The time series is just 1-month so it is probably too short to get a good idea.
We should add a year time series for comparison to the EXTENDED list.

Very interesting plot for Alaska, I think we can discuss it more in #4

A few things:

I'd be keen to have the whole pipeline reproducible. I've seen there's another station, prud in Alaska that I have cleaned already with ioc_cleanup:

But it doesn't quite capture difference seen in Tuktoyaktuk. Questions:

• Is that difference explainded by the compound constituents you added in Add extended 67-constituent tidal set tomsail/pytides#1?
• Do you know of another station with clean data we could use? Check out the ioc_cleanup map here
