Add Roadstr, KindBeamer and PulseLibre

Three FOSS Android apps, each placed alphabetically in its category.

Roadstr (Maps & Navigation, Unlicense) reports and views road events over the Nostr protocol, with no central server. https://github.com/jooray/roadstr

KindBeamer (File Sharing, MIT) sends documents from the share sheet to your Kindle devices through Amazon's Send to Kindle service. https://github.com/jooray/kindbeamer

PulseLibre (Sports & Health, MIT) controls a Pulsetto vagus nerve stimulator over Bluetooth, replacing the vendor app. https://github.com/jooray/PulseLibre

All three are project-page-only links. None is on F-Droid or IzzyOnDroid yet, and per CONTRIBUTING I have not linked any third-party repository or Play Store. All build from source with no ads, no tracking and no proprietary components, and all ship signed APKs on GitHub Releases.

Thanks for your suggestions. All the projects look good so far; however, they are still in their early stages, so they should be given a little more time to develop.
