Added a CLA signing FAQ to 《参赛代码提交指南》 section 三 (如何提交代码), addressing a recurring participant question: PR fails with
cla/signaturecheck not passing.Key points clarified:
/check-claon the existing PR to re-trigger the check, and it will pass.This surfaces the guidance that previously only lived in each team's repo README ("关于 PR 与 CLA" section), so participants can find it in the central submission guide.
