Fix broken cross-repository relative links in
README.mdandREADME_zh-cn.md. Several links topackages_ai_agent,packages_demos, andpackages_fe_examplesused inconsistent, non-resolving relative prefixes (../../../and../../.././), so they 404'd on GitHub.They are now aligned with the proven-working format already used by the sub-repository list and the demos native-app links:
