An IDE with source code licensed under GPLv3 and a native user interface.

It has a cross-platform stack—it runs on Windows in both x64 and x86 architectures, and the Linux version of Spawn has already been successfully tested (you can now fully develop the server, build it, run it, and manage dependencies). Support for macOS may be added in the future.

It comes with comprehensive documentation that allows anyone to take the source code, make their own changes, and easily build an executable file.

Roadmap until the next major release:

  • Full adaptation of the code to support Linux systems
  • Reworking the Dependency Manager into a full-fledged Package Manager with integration with Pawndex from open.mp
  • A full-featured tool with complete control for migrating old SAMP servers to open.mp and SAMPCTL without a “magic” button.

Thanks for the PR. While we appreciate the contribution, this list is intended to remain a curated selection of resources that are broadly recognised, actively used, and commonly recommended within the community.

The addition appears to be a personal or experimental project that has not yet seen significant community adoption, so we're not going to include it in awesome.md at this time.

Thanks for understanding.
