E2E: default image Open WebUI v0.12.0-slim - #202

No 0.12 patch release so far, and 0.12.0 passes all suites (580 checks; 0.11.4 and 0.11.3 still 565). run.sh's DEFAULT_IMAGE, which CI, the smoke test and the docs read, check_owui_api.sh's default tag and the Dockerfile example of the Gemini guide now name 0.12.0. +semver: none Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why
Open WebUI has released no 0.12 patch so far. 0.12.0 passes every suite, so the E2E default can move to it now instead of waiting for 0.12.1.
