ONT-8 folded into the ONT carrier B3 (#4317) at fe0acaf: cb11afb (the implementation) and ec1c784 (the audit receipt) were cherry-picked from PMAT-4077-ont8-on-b4 and resolved as unions with B3's gates 14–21, so evidence becomes gate 22. After regeneration, all eight pv lint --gate runs exit 0. aprender-contracts --lib passes 1997 tests; the ont6/ont8/ont9/ont4b/ont4b2 targets and readme_contract pass; clippy -D warnings, fmt and the ONT ratchet are green. It closes when B3 merges.
