Remove EXP and gil rewards from map quests

What does this pull request do?

Removes the OOE EXP and gil reward from map quests.
A Smudge On One's Record and The Rescue do have gil rewards, but they are era accurate gil rewards.

Steps to test these changes

receive only the map instead of the map and 2000 exp
