Follow-up to #14 / #15. The WebMCP integration was only discoverable near the bottom of /docs; this surfaces it on the homepage.

Adds a bordered // for ai agents · webmcp callout (just above the "next" links) that names the four agent tools and links to /docs#agents. Styled to match the homepage's terminal aesthetic.

Verified: tsc --noEmit clean; dev-server render of / shows the callout.

Surface the WebMCP integration above the fold's "next" links with a
bordered callout listing the four agent tools and linking to
/docs#agents. Previously only discoverable deep in /docs.

No Rust changed since v0.2.25. Every commit in this range is web, CI or docs,
so the binaries this tag builds are identical to the previous ones and the
version marks the site rather than the client:

  - blog: serve last known good instead of 500 when SQLite Cloud blinks (#18)
  - ci: add ThreatCrush security scan (#17)
  - feat(web): WebMCP callout on the homepage (#16)
  - docs(web): document WebMCP tools (#15)
  - feat(web): WebMCP support on c0mpute.com (#14)
