Adds experimental batched widget APIs for Ruby (Fiddle), PHP (native Zend adapter with FFI fallback), and Perl (FFI::Platypus). All use one in-process C ABI over the C++ widgets/demo and C11 renderer; no child demo or JavaScript runtime. Includes ten-screen reference demos, live Linux collectors, update-and-run commands for mise and system runtimes, docs, ownership/error handling, ABI limits, and Linux/macOS CI. Local verification: 360 exact TypeScript reference frames, independent custom widgets, ten-tab/custom-app PTYs with resize and signal cleanup, 15 injected real-collector checks, nine sanitizer tests, nine updater integration tests, 167 existing tests, and web production build. PHP adapter cache is keyed to runtime ABI. Registry metadata is included; these packages are not yet registry-published. Original hero/logo assets unchanged.
