feat: prepare MCP integrations for directories

Summary

• Update PS-Wiki MCP guidance for current OpenAI Responses API, ChatGPT custom apps, and Claude remote connectors.
• Add directory-friendly MCP tool annotations (title, openWorldHint) and tests.
• Redact query strings from durable R2 traffic-log URLs.
• Add public privacy and read-only service-terms pages, plus llms.txt links.
