LICENSE.md(MIT) so this repository actually declares its licence.GitHub currently reports no licence for this repository. The project metadata already
declares MIT (
package.json/PackageLicenseExpression), but GitHub - and licence-awaretooling in general - only detects a licence from a licence file in the repository root, so the
sidebar badge and the API
licensefield are empty.The added file is a byte-for-byte copy of the MIT
LICENSE.mdalready shipped inpurview-dev/resultsandpurview-dev/sourcegenerator-framework, so the licence text and thecopyright line stay identical across the organisation.
