Fixes a scenario (experienced by recrof) where the user imports the repeater contacts into a companion and the companion doesn't properly limit the number of contacts.
The new behavior obeys the contact limit and evicts the oldest, non-favorite contacts from the database using the same pattern followed elsewhere.
