Confirmed live on a genuinely minimal-privilege service account (iagvtsrv's pyobs user) that journald denies group-less accounts read access, closing the last open question in DEV_JOURNALD_LOGS.md. Recommends systemd-journal over adm since it's purpose-built for journal access rather than a side effect of adm's much broader /var/log scope. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Fires each module's start/restart request 1s apart instead of all at once, avoiding a burst of hardware/network contention when a whole fleet comes up together. Stop All stays instant/parallel since shutdown has no equivalent concern. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
