Añade junto al aviso de agenda una cuenta regresiva discreta por días calendario de America/Panama, sin dependencias, animaciones ni horas. Usa el 2 de octubre de 2026 conforme a #125 y #124, que sustituye al 28 de septiembre del texto original de #119.

La fecha queda en un elemento time visible sin JavaScript y es la única fuente del cálculo. El contador usa singular, muestra «La agenda se publica hoy» ese día y «Agenda pendiente de publicación» después. Actualiza pestañas abiertas sin reescribir el mismo texto ni generar anuncios en vivo. No carga ni publica contenido preliminar.
El README indica retirar el aviso y el script al publicar la agenda aprobada. Coordinar la integración con #124 y #146 para mantener coherencia de fecha y documentación.
Validación:
La validación externa de main tiene los dos 404 de preconnect de Google Fonts que corrige #124; este PR no duplica esa corrección.
Revisión conjunta de las PR pendientes: PR borrador #153 (NO FUSIONAR) muestra este cambio junto con los demás y documenta los conflictos resueltos y las pruebas. Esta PR individual conserva su aprobación y fusión propias.
