Añade https://pycon.pa/2026/convence-a-tu-jefe.html a sitemap.xml y a SITEMAP_REQUIRED. Usa como lastmod el 18 de septiembre, fecha del último cambio de la página en main, y comprueba que ambas listas coincidan sin duplicados.

Para cumplir la validación completa, incorpora la corrección puntual del parser ya propuesta en #124: preconnect y dns-prefetch indican orígenes, no recursos HTTP. La comprobación de hojas CSS, enlaces normales y demás recursos continúa activa. Esto elimina los falsos 404 de las raíces de Google Fonts sin excluir esos dominios de la validación.
Validación:
Solo cambian sitemap.xml y scripts/validate_site.py; no se modifica la página ni se restituye la agenda.
Revisión conjunta de las PR pendientes: PR borrador #153 (NO FUSIONAR) muestra este cambio junto con los demás y documenta los conflictos resueltos y las pruebas. Esta PR individual conserva su aprobación y fusión propias.
