Commit b180934 ("qrb2210-unoq: update partition layout for the downstream edk2 boot firmware") has switched qrb2210-unoq to the partition schema required for the new (edk2-based) firmware stack, removing support for the old (ABL-based) stack. In some cases (e.g. when hunting for regressions) we might need to provide support for both new and old firmware stacks. Resurrect the old partition tables for both the emmc-16GB and emmc-16GB-arduino variants, mirroring what commit 646dfd7 ("qrb2210-rb1-abl: provide a pre-edk2 version of partition tables") did for qrb2210-rb1.
