### 开始烧录

确认镜像和目标设备无误后,点击 `Erase & Flash`。Armbian Imager 将依次下载镜像(使用本地镜像时跳过)、解压镜像、擦除目标设备、写入系统镜像并校验写入数据。

### 完成烧录

出现 `Flash Complete!` 提示后,表示系统镜像已经成功写入并完成校验。

## 使用系统

若通过 EDL 模式将系统镜像烧录至 UFS 模块,烧录完成后,上电即可自动启动系统。

若系统安装在 microSD 卡或 NVMe SSD 中,请先将相应存储介质安装至主板对应插槽,再连接电源适配器,设备将自动启动系统。

### 设置 root 密码

首次启动系统后,根据提示为 root 用户设置密码。

Armbian is a lightweight Linux distribution for ARM motherboards, known for its stability, high performance, and excellent hardware support. It provides Debian and Ubuntu-based systems optimized for various ARM single-board computers.
Armbian Imager is the official image download and flashing utility from Armbian. It can download official images online or write a local image file. The utility automatically downloads, decompresses, writes, and verifies the image.

The Radxa Dragon Q8B is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 (Qualcomm SC8280XP) compute platform and supports running Armbian.

### Select the Image

Select the Armbian system image that you want to install. This guide uses Armbian Ubuntu 26.04 as an example. Available versions may change; refer to the versions shown in Armbian Imager.

If the target is a UFS module, select an image designed for UFS. These image options usually include a `UFS` label.

### Select a Local Image (Optional)

If you have already downloaded a system image, select `Custom Image` and import the local image file.

After selecting a local image, you do not need to select a manufacturer, board, or online image. You can proceed directly to selecting the target storage device.

### Select the Target Storage Device

Select the storage device to which the system will be written, and carefully verify its name and capacity.

### Start Flashing

After confirming the image and target device, click `Erase & Flash`. Armbian Imager downloads the image (skipped for a local image), decompresses it, erases the target device, writes the system image, and verifies the written data.

### Complete Flashing

When `Flash Complete!` appears, the system image has been written and verified successfully.

## Use the System

If you flashed the system image to a UFS module through EDL mode, power on the board after flashing and the system will start automatically.

If the system is installed on a microSD card or NVMe SSD, install the storage device in the corresponding slot on the board, and then connect the power adapter. The device will start automatically.

At first boot, follow the prompts to set a password for the root user.
