Move golangci-lint data out of individual worktrees into
~/.cache/golangci-lint, and allow concurrent lint processes to share it without the global runner lock. KeepGOCACHEexplicitly set through Moon to~/.cache/go-buildon macOS and Linux; stop storing temporary Go and linter files inside cache directories.Update GitHub Actions cache paths and keys and document the same behavior for standalone and parent-workspace tasks.
Validation: the OASmith and Spaniel lint tasks passed concurrently in the Listenbox workspace. Resolved standalone and parent Moon tasks both use the expected shared cache paths; workflow YAML parsing and
git diff --checkpassed.
