[Readme change] make build -> make all, to get working build out of the box

When trying to set up the template, I followed the Readme indications, but it failed at

make build

Since the build recipe does not generate the git_sha.adoc file.
The correct command to make it work is

make all

Suggest to make the change in the readme, one shouldn't have to read the makefile to make it work ?

Are you referring to the docs-spec-template, or this repo, docs-dev-guide? If I do cd docs-dev-guide && make build it builds the document without error.

I am referring to docs-dev-guide. To reproduce :

git clone https://github.com/riscv/docs-dev-guide.git --recurse-submodules
cd docs-dev-guide
make build

gives error "ERROR: docs-dev-guide.adoc: line 7: include file not found: /build/src/git_sha.adoc".

But once you have successfully built with make all, subsequent make build will work since git_sha.adoc is now present.

The reason is the makefile:

all: $(GIT_SHA_DOC) build

$(GIT_SHA_DOC): .FORCE
	echo ":git_sha: $$(git describe --dirty --always)" > $@
.PHONY: .FORCE
.FORCE:	# To force the GIT_SHA_DOC to get rebuilt each time

build:

If you call make build the git_sha.adoc file is never created.
