into_iter().rev() on a ZST hangs

The following code works fine on stable but hangs in current nightly:

fn main() {
    for _ in vec![[0u64; 0]].into_iter().rev() {}
}

This started with #101152.

#101237 fixes this.

Was this only able to merge because miri was already broken at that time? 😅

Kind of -- it would always have been merged, but it would have triggered notifications due to breaking Miri.
